Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minneapolis seeks a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships through in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels. You will provide trusted guidance while learning and offering deposit and loan products to help clients reach their goals.

You will open accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on digital services, collaborating with the branch team to ensure accurate and exceptional service. NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or related training.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver accurate, excellent service.
• Identify clients' needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
