We are hiring - Client Advisor Supervisor – Nights – AlphaStarting WageSalary: The starting salary for this position is $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.Differential: 8% shift differential for overnights position.Job TypeFull-Time, Non-ExemptScheduleStandard Hours: Overnights (11pm-7am - variable depending on schedule of 4-10s or 5-8s).TrainingOrientation: Alternatives provides thorough orientation and training for all new staff. You can expect a one-week orientation, where you will learn all about Alternatives and be prepared for your role. This first week is scheduled from 9 AM to 5 PM at our Alternatives Training Center.Training week: Following orientation, you will undergo a one-week training period to be prepared for your new position, this will continue the 9am-5pm schedule. After concluding your first two weeks, you will the move into your offered schedule.To be a successful Client Advisor Supervisor, you will need the following skills and qualifications:Experience in corrections, law enforcement, and/or social services, with a background in supervising employees.Education: High School Diploma (Undergraduate degree preferred).Licensing: Valid driver’s license.Compliance: Ability to pass a federal drug screening and background check.What You Will Do in This Position:As a Client Advisor Supervisor, you will oversee operational functions during your assigned shift.
