Alternatives in Billings, MT is hiring a Client Advisor Supervisor – Nights at Alpha House. You will oversee security operations during the overnight shift and supervise staff to ensure safety and compliance across the facility.

Requires a High School diploma, experience in corrections or related fields, and a valid driver's license. Starting wage is $21.00-$23.00 per hour with an 8% overnight differential; orientation and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrections, law enforcement, and/or social services, with a background in supervising employees.
• Education: High School Diploma (Undergraduate degree preferred).
• Licensing: Valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct employees during assigned shifts.
• Oversee all areas of the security department.
• Assist the Operations Supervisor and serve as a backup when necessary.
• Guiding and training employees.
• Facilitating staff development.
• Administering disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensuring all required security functions are completed within specified timeframes.
• Upholding SOPs and policies at all times.
• Attending and leading meetings as assigned.
