Job summary

Brobston Group LLC's Belmont Outlet boutique seeks a Client Advisor/Stylist to deliver personalized luxury service and build lasting client relationships. You will style clients across categories, prepare appointments, and support CRM targets to drive sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining client data in CRM, presenting products with care, liaising with visual merchandising, and handling day-to-day store tasks; evening and weekend availability is required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Exceptional client relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Action oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
