Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a Visual Merchandising support role for its Retail Outlets. You will provide product knowledge for new and replenished goods and oversee flow to maximize sales.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Retail leadership, maintaining visual standards, and staying ahead of fashion trends to drive revenue in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Interest in fashion merchandising and display creation as it relates to store esthetics and revenue in retail-hospitality.
• Willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Plan and strategize store visuals with Retail leadership.
• Analyze sales reports and occupancy data.
• Maintain store visual standards and streamline product flow.
• Handle transfers, inventory control, and RTVs.
• Support daily tasks for product, presentation and staff needs.
• Stay current on fashion trends and visual creativity.
• Educate and communicate visual techniques to the sales team.
• Review inventory and Micros data; plan trunk shows.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control.
• Assist with Micros POS during high demand or outages.
• Participate in leadership meetings for Store Operations and Buying.

About The Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide visual merchandising support for the Retail Outlets. You will provide product knowledge information for new and replenished goods. In this role, you will also oversee and maintain proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance.

What You Will Do

• Planning and strategizing store visual esthetics in collaboration with Retail leadership
• Analyzation of sales reporting and hotel provided occupancy data
• Operational efficiency which includes ticketing, product preparation, replenishment, and ensure store visual standards are executed
• Retail accounting procedures -such as transfer processing, inventory control, completing RTV’s
• Daily tasks that support product, presentation, and departmental needs in regards to service and staff under the direction of upper management
• Maintaining a high standard of awareness in regards to fashion trends and visual creativity
• Educating and communicating visual techniques to support sales team and strengthen skill set of the department
• Evaluate Yellow Dog inventory reports & Micros Sales analysis
• Trunk show planning
• Maintain accuracy and quality control of inventory
• Be proficient in the Micros point of sale system to provide assistance in the event of increased volume, guest demand or operational break-down
• Participate in meetings with leadership for Store Operations, Purchasing and Retail Buying Team

What You Bring

• You will possess a high level of interest in fashion merchandising and display creation as it relates to store esthetics and its impact on revenue generation in the retail-hospitality industry. The most qualified candidate will have a desire to gain proficient knowledge in the retail profession as it relates to the unique resort/fashion field.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to learn and execute processes associated with computerized point of sale systems, visual planning and retail procurement/ inventory control.

40 hours a week/Flexible schedule option to be discussed. Primarily M-F.
