• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships with clients.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions; recommends solutions.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and suggest client solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Identifies and resolves routine client problems and escalates non-standard issues.
