Client Overview:

Our client is a prestigious luxury fashion brand known for its elevated women’s apparel, sophisticated designs, and modern aesthetic. They are seeking a polished, customer-focused Client Advisor to join their retail team on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California, and deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Client Advisor will join the team for a 3-month seasonal assignment, representing a luxury fashion brand in one of Beverly Hills’ premier shopping destinations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, a passion for fashion, and a natural ability to connect with clients. Experience in contemporary, premium, or luxury women’s fashion is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities of the Client Advisor:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while creating a welcoming luxury shopping experience.
• Assist clients with product selection, styling recommendations, and purchases.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Work toward individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of collections, products, and current fashion trends.
• Support visual merchandising, product replenishment, and sales floor presentation.
• Assist with fitting rooms, POS transactions, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting retail environment.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and delivering an elevated client experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional presentation and strong relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed.
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:

• Women’s apparel, contemporary, premium, or luxury retail experience.
• Clienteling and relationship-based selling.
• Experience meeting sales goals and providing styling recommendations.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Benefits:
