Overview:
As part of the Loan Market Solutions Division, the CLO & Loan Administration team provides trustee & custodian services to sophisticated loan asset managers. Wilmington is responsible for tracking and maintaining all daily activity, including the collection of payments and investor waterfall distributions. The team monitors and reports on various portfolio compliance requirements related to the underlying portfolio asset attributes. We focus on defining and building individualized career paths, including leadership, project management, client relations, operations, and analytics roles.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience with direct client contact, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years of relevant client-facing experience.
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Education and Skills:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Familiarity with loan products such as Bi-Lateral ABL Facilities, SMAs, Private Funds, CLOs, and BDCs. Experience at CLO Trustee, Loan Agent/Bank, Middle Office Provider, or CLO Manager. System/application experience with Clearpar, Solvas/CDO Suite, SEI, Wall Street Office, LoanIQ.

The pay range for this position is $66,979.45 - $111,632.42 (USD). Compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and knowledge.
