Job description

Overview:

Leads all aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing of high net-worth private and institutional clients. Supports senior account relationship managers. May serve as administrator for large (as defined by business) and/or highly complex clients. Serves as primary point of contact or relationship lead for clients. Maintains daily contact with clients to address inquiries and facilitate requests. Processes transactions, including collecting documents, processing disbursements, trades, account balances, establishing new accounts, and facilitating client requests for distributions and trust terminations. Ensures proper administrative management and contributes to process, procedures, and strategic decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee client relationships and recommend account designs and administration strategies.
  2. Assist senior representatives in revenue activities and manage client strategies.
  3. Foster relationships with clients, serve as primary contact, and respond to requests promptly.
  4. Manage relationships with service partners and resolve issues efficiently.
  5. Maintain industry knowledge and stay current on news relevant to the business.
  6. Follow corporate policies and procedures, especially in complex situations.
  7. Maintain controls to minimize losses.
  8. Support and mentor team associates as needed.
  9. Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, escalate issues appropriately.
  10. Implement internal controls and address audit or regulatory findings.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

May mentor and guide less experienced staff.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant client contact experience, or
  • 6 years of higher education/work experience including 2 years relevant experience.

Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
  • CCTS certification if focusing on corporate trust.
  • Proficiency with relevant software applications.
  • Teamwork experience, interpersonal skills, self-confidence.
  • Analytical skills and ability to build trust with clients.

Pay range: $60,890.34 - $101,483.90 annually, depending on experience and location.
