Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned client accounts
2. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and support
3. Monitor client accounts to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly
4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
5. Provide detailed reports and updates to clients regarding their account performance
6. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and increase account value
7. Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation

Qualifications
