We are looking for Full-Time Client Account Managers to join our Digital Marketing Agency for Doctors; offering a salary of $42,000 - $55,000 CAD/year depending on experience. We are a fast-growing social media advertising agency that helps Doctors & Lawyers attract more patients and cases through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketing Funnels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 30 to 50+ client accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Project Management
• Relationship Building
• Building Marketing Website Funnels and Backend Automation
• Support/Strategy Calls with Clients
• Upselling Clients into higher packages
• Maintain full responsibility for client success
• Communicate effectively with the team via Slack
• Handle support calls, texts, and emails with clients

This role requires highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with experience managing client relationships through email, text, and phone support.
