Job summary

Fraser in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Client Access Coordinator to support intake, scheduling, enrollment coordination, and reception. This role connects clients with Fraser services and ensures smooth administrative workflows.

You'll collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to provide timely access to Fraser's autism, mental health, and disability services, while upholding privacy and compassionate service standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in sociology or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year of related intake, scheduling, health care, insurance, and customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion.
• Demonstrates respectful, person-centered service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls with a professional, courteous manner and provide information about Fraser services.
• Triage calls and direct callers to the appropriate Fraser location, program, or team.
• Research and provide accurate information to help callers navigate Fraser services.
• Complete checklists, follow-ups, and tasks within designated timeframes.
• Process referrals and enrollment tasks, monitor scheduling needs, and document preferences.
