Job summary

HWS Best Health Counseling Team is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support children and families in Canton. You will provide individual case management, conduct family sessions, and respond to crisis situations with a patient and collaborative approach. The role offers flexibility with in-person and telehealth options and opportunities for growth, including Relias CEUs for training.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with children/adolescents in mental health setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

HWS Best Health Counseling Team is seeking a dedicated Case Manager This role offers the opportunity to work with children and families in Canton.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide Individual Case Management Supportto address clients' mental health concerns and promote well-being.
  • Family Sessions:Conduct family sessions as needed to address family dynamics and support holistic healing.
  • Support in Crisis Situations:Offer timely support and interventions in crisis situations to ensure clients' safety and well-being.
  • Develop Treatment Plans:Collaborate with treatment team to support the personalized treatment plans that address their unique goals and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with children, adolescents and teenagers in a mental health setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.

  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions.
