What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who lead with heart and bring both skill and dedication to their work. Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2+ yearsof direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges
• Group therapy experience across a variety of treatment modalities
• A Bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred)
• A genuine passion for community-based mental health and advocacy
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
