Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation in Cleveland seeks an attorney to represent the BWC Administrator at Industrial Commission hearings and to prepare for hearings by reviewing claim files and analyzing issues. The role involves interpreting laws, preparing appeals and memoranda, and providing legal advice to service offices and staff.
Admission to the Ohio Bar is required, and travel is expected. This full-time position reports to the Workers' Compensation organization, with typical 8-5 hours

Admission to Ohio Bar per Section 4705.01 of Revised Code AND must be able to provide own transportation. Probationary period is 12 months.
