Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a materials handler under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, issuing hospital merchandise, staging excess materials for off-site warehouses, and maintaining logs for vendors and materials.

Under the direct supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, provides for receiving, storing and issuing of hospital merchandise and assisting with inventory. Responsible for the staging of the excess materials to be shipped and put away at off site warehouses, maintains necessary reports and logs to track different venders, and materials used within the hospital. Additional responsibilities may include the receipt, issuance and delivery of materials and equipment involved in the distribution system of McLaren Health Care Corp. Utilizes current on-line computerized inventory system for the accurate allocation of supplies and equipment.
