Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service by answering incoming phone calls or contacting patients.

• Ensure best possible customer service by properly educating the patient on the exam/test/procedure and answering related questions.
• Update patient records, including notes necessary for the technologist, customer, or future references.
• Follow site-specific protocols and keep protocol documentation up-to-date to ensure compliance.

Sets up exams, procedures and tests for patients; handles customer service inquiries. Ensures the smooth operation by obtaining accurate and complete patient and insurance information.
