Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Returns Processor for our distribution centers. You will receive and inspect returned products, document information, and categorize items for further processing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior warehouse/returns experience, and strong computer skills (AS400, MS Office). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Returns processing experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (AS400/Microsoft Suite) required.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document information concerning returned product according to documented standards.
• Categorize returns and sort into proper sorting bins for later processing.
• Process returns through Mojo/RDS software.
• Coordinate and communicate return activities with the warehouse management team.
• May be asked to perform other basic warehouse duties as needed.
