Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville is seeking a dedicated distribution associate to support daily production and shipments. You will assist the supervisor, balance daily workflow, and help ensure orders meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), prior distribution experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 35 lbs. Weekend work and overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have previous experience in a distribution facility.
• Some basic computer skills/knowledge.
• Some knowledge of Receiving/Returns/Retag/Transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assists supervisor with balancing daily workflow to ensure production/shipments for the day are complete.
• Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepares work reports as needed.
• Trains new associates and assists with questions.

HOURS

1st Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.

This position exists in to assist the supervisor with balancing workflow training associates and meeting deadlines.
