Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage component inventory for the customization departments, ensuring available onsite components and accurate spreadsheets. The role requires steady use of Excel, Word, and Outlook, with daily email updates and reliable retrieval of components across departments.

The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment within our Nashville-area facility.

• Manages the component inventory for customization departments.
• Maintains component operating levels and orders components to assure they are available onsite when needed.
• Must be knowledgeable in Excel, Word, and Outlook – updating inventory spreadsheets and sending updates via email is a daily task.
• Retrieving multiple components for orders that are being worked on across the customization departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the component inventory for customization departments
• Maintains component operating levels and orders components to assure they are available onsite when needed.

HOURS

First Shift: hours will be 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of some overtime.
