Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking an Inventory/Parts Clerk to manage component inventory for the customization departments, ensuring levels are on hand and orders are fulfilled on time. Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook is expected, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Typical hours are first shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime; candidates should maintain a clean, safe workspace and communicate updates by email as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Manages the component inventory for customization departments
• Maintains component operating levels and orders components to assure they are available onsite when needed.
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, and Outlook – updating inventory spreadsheets and sending updates via email daily.
• Retrieving multiple components for orders that are being worked on across the customization departments.
