Job summary

Borden Dairy Company in Winter Haven, FL is hiring a warehouse associate to move finished products, load and unload materials, label loads, and record stock movements.

You will operate material handling equipment, maintain clean work areas, support team goals, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced dairy production environment. Overtime, weekend and holiday shifts may be required. You will read labels, handle food-grade products safely, and help ensure quality throughout processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food-grade products
• Ability to accurately record data
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Must maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company, per location requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Routinely lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Frequently pull loads up to 270 lbs using a pull rod while walking in reverse.
• Perform frequent physical activities including lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, and kneeling.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the duration of the shift.
• Work for extended periods in cold, damp environments.
• Maintain constant mental focus and situational awareness to ensure safety and efficiency.
