McLaren Health Care is seeking a dedicated Imaging Services clerical staff member to support patient flow and front-desk operations in our imaging facilities. You will greet patients, visitors and staff, handling calls and in-person inquiries with professionalism, while performing clerical tasks to maintain smooth department operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, Medical Terminology, and at least 6 months of clerical or customer service experience.

• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

• Performs other clerical duties as required.
• Assists technologists as needed.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Terminology skill
• Minimum 6 months previous clerical or customer service experience
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred:

• Previous data entry and medical clerical experience
• Minimum 25 wpm proficiency typing skill
