Chippewa Valley Schools is seeking a Clerk II-Transportation for a 10-month, 8-hour/day assignment from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Replacing Kimberly Stefan, the role provides clerical support to ensure efficient pupil transportation operations.
Responsibilities include answering phones, handling invoicing, maintaining student and trip records, and aiding drivers and parents with the Transportation App. A high school diploma is required, and prior clerical experience is preferred.”

Performs a wide variety of clerical support services to facilitate the efficient operation of Pupil Transportation, while maintaining confidentiality.
This position requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Keyboarding, Basic Word Processing, Basic Spreadsheet programs, Basic Math, Alpha Filing, Customer Service, Proofreading are required. Basic PowerSchool is preferred.
The employee must sit use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and hear. Must occasionally stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds of files and materials. Must use concentration on a computer screen and small numbers requiring close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
