JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing administrative, phone and clerical support to the Logistics Department with a focus on Inter-Franchise customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Send and receive emails and answer incoming and make outgoing phone calls; follow up on inquiries, field/answer routine calls/emails and non-routine questions or observations
·Facilitate the sharing of information between other Logistics staff, vendors and internal customers
·Assist in KPI reporting
·Data entry in Excel and TMW
·May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
·High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
·1 - 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant or performing clerical duties
·Typing Skills: Minimum 35 wpm (Testing required)
·Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
·Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
