Job summary

Dallas Independent School District is seeking staff to create, scan, edit graphics for tests, format and publish tests, and assist in preparing ancillary materials for testing. The role includes handling distribution of materials to schools and staff, and maintaining test material security.

Responsibilities also cover receiving and QC of tests, scanning answer documents, logging activities, and supporting test development processes.

Qualifications

  • Accredited high school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Able to operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing/graphics apps including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to learn relevant new software applications quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate simple office equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately type 40 words per minute.

  • Discuss and give feedback to the supervisor on project progress.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
