• Coordinates patient information inquiries and assists arrivals.
• Provides information about area accommodations and amenities.

Pay Range: $16.19 - $18.17 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

A Typical Day

• Refers patient and family member concerns to the Department of Patient Satisfaction for investigations when indicated
• Serves as a role model and mentor to volunteers and front desk personnel
• Assists callers by providing appropriate and accurate information
• Assures a neat and clean main lobby environment and initiates corrective action as appropriate
• Assures that the professional visitor identification policy is implemented at all times
• Coordinates patient information inquiries using telephone extensions,
• Initiates contact with all individuals entering through the main entrance and offers to assist them in reaching their destination
• Operates the front desk inclusive of related technology and systems
• Provides visitors with information concerning area accommodations and amenities

To Be Considered

Required:

• High school diploma

Preferred:

• 3-5 years in Patient Satisfaction, Customer Service, or related field preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

• Monday through Thursday 3:00pm-8:00pm, and Friday 1:30pm-8:00pm.Weekend and evening availability required.
