Description of Position:
We are seeking a highly organized, observant, and welcoming Clerk for our 7th and 8th grade school. Serving as the vital first point of contact, you will operate independently from our secure visitor vestibule to ensure a safe, secure, and friendly environment. You will manage the electric visitor check-in system, verify identification, monitor access, and provide general support to the main office. The ideal candidate is comfortable enforcing school safety protocols professionally, interacting positively with middle schoolers and their families, and maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere during busy school days.
Terms of Employment: 6.5 hours daily/ 190 days
Salary as per collective bargaining agreement
