Clerical Specialist

BASIC FUNCTION:
Clerical Specialist is responsible for efficient operation and flow of patients through the practice. Greet incoming patients, answer telephones, and schedule appointments and referrals. Collect and update patient information. Handle insurance verification and front office procedures. Provides clerical services and performs general office duties. Works with supervisor to coordinate front office functions and provide input for improvements.
