Job summary

Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. (FREE) is recruiting a Clerical and Retail Instructor for TRI in Bethpage, NY. You will teach clerical, stock inventory, and retail concepts to individuals with disabilities within the Work Readiness program.

You’ll develop curricula, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to identify trainees for placement. In-person role with travel to community locations; HS diploma required with 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Functional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficient writing skills with grammar and spelling.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Instructs consumers in clerical and retail skills.
• Develops and updates curriculum within trainees’ abilities.
• Keeps accurate inventory and supports billing records.
