Woodlawn - Clinics is seeking a Clerical Medical Assistant Float to provide administrative and clerical support across all Woodlawn clinic locations. The role supports providers, staff, and patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will hold CNA/CMA/RMA or CCMA certifications, have reliable transportation, and be adaptable to varying duties. Primary responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, phone triage, and room preparation with a focus on exceptional

• Must have CNA or CMA/CCMA/RMA certification(s) to qualify.
• Able to work across multiple Woodlawn clinic locations as needed.
• Reliable vehicle required for site coverage and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties per Practice Manager instructions.
• Greet patients and/or prepare them for visits.
• Screen phone calls and respond with referrals, scheduling, or messages.
• Schedule appointments following guidelines and clinic policies.
• Communicate with patients after visits to ensure continuity of care.
• Prepare and clean rooms between appointments and sessions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by clinic leadership.

This Clerical Medical Assistant Float position provides clerical and administrative support across all Woodlawn clinic locations as needed, offering a dynamic opportunity to work with a variety of providers, staff, and patients. Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
• Medical Assistants with current ABR-OE
• EMT
• LPN

Must have a reliable vehicle!

This position will assist the clinics in either a Clerical or Medical Assistant compacity, based on staffing needs. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferrable.

Primary Duties:

• Carry out assigned duties per Practice Managers instruction.
• Greet &/or prepare patients
• Screen incoming Phone calls and respond appropriately (schedule appointment, take a message, etc.).
• Schedules appointments according to specified guidelines.
• Communicate with the patients after their visit.
• Clean and prepare room as needed after each patient.
• Performs any and all other duties as assigned.

Shift: Days; Monday-Friday; Full-Time; No Weekends! No Holidays!
