The ideal candidate will hold CNA/CMA/RMA or CCMA certifications, have reliable transportation, and be adaptable to varying duties. Primary responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, phone triage, and room preparation with a focus on exceptional

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or CMA/CCMA/RMA certification(s) to qualify.
• Able to work across multiple Woodlawn clinic locations as needed.
• Reliable vehicle required for site coverage and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties per Practice Manager instructions.
• Greet patients and/or prepare them for visits.
• Screen phone calls and respond with referrals, scheduling, or messages.
• Schedule appointments following guidelines and clinic policies.
• Communicate with patients after visits to ensure continuity of care.
• Prepare and clean rooms between appointments and sessions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by clinic leadership.
