Job summary

BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a nonprofit agency helping people with disabilities gain independence through office and clerical training. You will guide participants as they work on scanning, data entry, and filing in the digital records department.

The schedule is 3 days per week, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with no weekends or evenings. Benefits include $18.40 per hour, PTO, eleven paid holidays, and an employee wellness program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word and Excel) needed.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach participants to sort, scan, copy, and file office documents.
• Assist participants in reading records and typing details into computer databases.
• Monitor participants’ work to ensure quality.
• Support participants in achieving personal goals and community engagement.
