Job summary

BCRC, Inc. in Aliquippa, PA is seeking a part-time work coach to support adults with disabilities in our Production Center. The role offers four days per week, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will guide clients through tasks, help maintain quality on completed work, model professional behavior, and support community inclusion to advance independent living goals. Pay is $18.40 per hour plus PTO, 11 paid holidays, and an Employee Wellness Program.

BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profitagency that provides support to people with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities with the goal of increasing independence, fostering employment opportunities, and enriching relationships through community involvement.

As a part-time work coach, you will be employed in the BCRC Production Center at our location in Aliquippa, PA supporting adults with disabilities as they work and engage in community.

As a part-time work coach your schedule will be:

• Four days per week falling between Monday through Friday: 7:30AM to 2:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

As a part-time work coach your pay and benefits will be:

• $18.40 per hour
• PTO

Your role as a work coach will include:

• Training clients to complete work tasks
• Maintaining quality control on completed work
• Modeling professional work behavior
• Supporting clients in community inclusion that fosters the development of their life skills and targets their individual independent living goals
