Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Clerical Assistant to support scheduling and front desk duties in a patient-facing role within the clinic. This full-time, day shift position integrates with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate records.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer service environment, and proficiency with MS Office, Windows-based software, and EPIC. Providence offers strong benefits and opportunities within the health system.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
• Strong basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with MS Office and Windows-based software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide scheduling and front desk support to the clinic.
• Assist patients with check-in/check-out processes.
• Support providers and care team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.

Clerical Assistant at Providence St Vincent Medical Center - Full-time, Day Shift Schedule

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year - Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED - General Studies.
• AHA HeartSaver certification or AHA BLS certification upon hire.
• Experience in medical environment or,
• Rehab field or,
• Working with medical terminology
• 1 year - Experience utilizing MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software programs.
• Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs.
• Experience with EPIC
