Job summary

Frontier Environmental is seeking a Cleaing Foreman to lead ROW clearing crews on pipeline projects across the region. This is a working foreman role requiring hands-on leadership, field problem solving, and commitment to safety and efficiency.

You will drive daily operations, coordinate crew tasks, and ensure resources meet project needs. You will manage productivity, quality, and safety metrics while collaborating with Superintendents, Project Managers, Inspectors, and landowners to keep

Qualifications

  • Experience leading land clearing, forestry, pipeline, utility, or heavy construction crews.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read plans, follow specifications, and maintain quality standards.
  • Experience coordinating equipment, personnel, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and MVR screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tree removal, brush clearing, mulching, and vegetation management activities.
  • Plan daily work and ensure crews have the personnel, equipment, and materials needed to succeed.
  • Operate equipment and provide hands-on support when needed.
  • Communicate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Inspectors, and landowners.
  • Complete daily reports and production tracking.
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact safety, quality, or production.

We're looking for an experiencedClearing Foremanto lead right-of-way (ROW) clearing crews on pipeline projects throughout the region. If you're a proven leader who knows how to keep crews productive, maintain high safety standards, and deliver results.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day sitting in a truck. We're looking for a working foreman who leads from the front, solves problems in the field, and takes pride in running safe, efficient operations.
