Job summary

Frontier Environmental Services is seeking a Clearing Foreman to lead field crews on ROW clearing projects across the region. This hands-on role requires guiding crews from the front, solving problems in the field, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

You will plan daily work, coordinate equipment and personnel, monitor productivity, quality, and safety, and communicate with superintendents, project managers, inspectors, and landowners.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading land clearing, forestry, pipeline, utility, or heavy construction crews
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to read plans, follow specifications, and maintain quality standards
  • Experience coordinating equipment, personnel, and schedules in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug, background, and MVR screenings

  • Coordinate tree removal, brush clearing, mulching, and vegetation management activities
  • Plan daily work and ensure crews have the personnel, equipment, and materials needed to succeed
  • Operate equipment and provide hands-on support when needed
  • Communicate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Inspectors, and landowners
  • Complete daily reports and production tracking
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact safety, quality, or production

We're looking for an experiencedClearing Foremanto lead right-of-way (ROW) clearing crews on pipeline projects throughout the region. If you're a proven leader who knows how to keep crews productive, maintain high safety standards, and deliver results.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day sitting in a truck. We're looking for a working foreman who leads from the front, solves problems in the field, and takes pride in running safe, efficient operations.
