Job description

Description

Do you have the leadership skills of a General and the precision of a Master Surgeon—but with a 40-ton excavator?

We aren’t just looking for a "Foreman"; we’re looking for a Dirt Work Visionary who can turn a chaotic site into a masterpiece of grading and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll supervise and manage our squad of operators and laborers, keeping morale high and the buckets moving while also working alongside them.

  • You’ll be the architect of the schedule, ensuring every project is completed on time and under budget—because time is money, and we and the customer like both.

  • You’re the Guardian of the Site. You’ll ensure every policy is followed so the only thing getting "hit" is our project milestones.

  • You’ll keep our fleet in fighting shape with regular inspections, making sure every tool is ready for battle.

  • You’ll train and mentor the next generation of earthmovers, turning "green" laborers into seasoned pros.

  • You’ll be the face of the project, communicating progress to clients and project managers with total transparency.

  • You’ll keep the records straight—labor, equipment usage, and reports—so we always know exactly how much of the mountain we’ve moved.

Why Choose Us?

  • Competitive Compensation

  • Growth Potential: We don’t believe in glass ceilings. We offer career growth; your ambition is our fuel.

  • Solid Benefits: We take care of our own with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement packages.

  • Unique Perks: Join a company that values family, morale and everyday wins!
