  • Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily pipeline services operations, ensuring safety, quality standards, scheduling, productivity, and profitability are met.
  • Manage divisional financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and project margins.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, budgets, and execution plans for pipeline maintenance and integrity projects.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, productivity, and overall performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Recruit, develop, and supervise field supervisors, craft personnel, and operational staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, project planning, and operational reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, operational efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience in pipeline construction, maintenance, integrity services, or related industrial sectors.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing operations, projects, or field personnel.

  • Proven expertise in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and project profitability.

  • Strong understanding of pipeline maintenance and integrity field operations.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and staffing resources effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee project financial performance and make operational decisions accordingly.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.

  • Ability to travel to project sites and customer locations as necessary.



Preferred Skills And Experience


  • Experience with pipeline anomaly excavations and coatings.

  • Knowledge of right-of-way maintenance and mechanical pipeline services.

  • Prior responsibility for a business unit or division P&L.

  • Established relationships within the pipeline, midstream, or energy services industries.

  • Track record of developing estimates and proposals for pipeline projects.



Education And Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

  • Extensive field experience in pipeline services or industrial construction.

  • Prior leadership roles managing field operations and project financials.
