Vantor is seeking a cleared UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will lead the design of web-based applications for diverse client-funded projects, collaborating with software teams to craft strong user experiences and intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications include U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance, 2+ years of UX/UI experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma/FigJam plus Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision or Procreate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field.
• 2+ years of UX/UI experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
• Experience with Figma/FigJam and Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision or Procreate.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with clients to understand user needs and document workflows.
• Collaborate with software teams on product roadmaps and UI decisions.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and design reviews to steer UI direction.
• Lead design critiques and participate in major product meetings.
