Vantor is seeking a cleared UX/UI Designer to shape user experiences for a range of client-funded projects. You will lead the design direction, conduct research, and shepherd concepts through to implementation with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and clients, applying Design Thinking and a strong portfolio to deliver compelling, accessible interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field.
• 2+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking principles and user-centered design.
• Proficiency with Figma/FigJam and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic design direction for web-based applications across client projects.
• Collaborate with software teams to translate research into intuitive interfaces.
• Lead design reviews, stand-ups, and product demos with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution.
