Quotient, a VTG company, seeks a Documentation Specialist to support software development teams in Maryland. Active DoD Secret clearance is required, with on-site work at Ft. Meade and hybrid possibilities.

You will draft, edit, and maintain system manuals, SOPs, and user guides, ensuring alignment with Agile milestones. You will coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure documentation meets project goals, assist with A&A/IA compliance, and manage version-controlled repositories

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional experience in technical writing, documentation support, or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency with documentation platforms, word processing tools, and version control for document management.

Mansioni

• Draft, edit, and maintain complex technical documentation for software development projects.
• Act as documentation lead, coordinating with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to align with milestones and sprints.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and formatting documentation for A&A and IA compliance packages.
• Review documentation for clarity, consistency, grammar, and agency formatting standards.
• Maintain organized documentation repositories and version control to ensure up-to-date information.
