Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CSSLP required.
• Experience programming with languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and operating systems fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex system operations across multiple services.
• Develop and build new features for SQS, Kinesis Data Streams, and AWS Managed services.
• Design scalable operational workflows and automate reliability improvements.
• Hands-on to root cause analysis and incident response.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
