Top candidates will have 12+ years in space systems engineering, experience with MWTD architectures, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in space systems.
• Experience in MWTD space vehicle development or space-to-ground system integration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional high-performance teams and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission architecture development for DoD space-based missile warning and tracking systems.
• Provide technical leadership across all tranches, including modeling, requirements, and integration.
• Guide contract execution, performance assessments, and on-orbit operations planning.
