Job Description

As a Cleared Security Officer - Armed Driver Patrolin San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in the aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your duties with professionalism and integrity. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team and upholding the company's values of agility, reliability, and innovation.

**Must have a Active DOD Security Clearance to be considered**

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret

$29.00 / Hour - T/S

$38.38 / Hour - Yankee White

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Carry out security procedures and follow site-specific policies in an aerospace and defense environment.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet AU Driver Policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.
• Active DoD Secret or higher Clearance is required for this position.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
