Job summary

Leidos is seeking a cleared Logistics & Supply Support Specialist in Beavercreek, OH to manage material availability, supplier coordination, and delivery performance across Defense programs.

You will translate program needs into logistics actions, track materials through lifecycle, and maintain accurate records in ERP and related systems, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and property controls.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• US citizenship or eligibility for access to restricted information.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, material management, or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating material requirements, deliveries, and receiving activities.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program material and supply requirements with cross-functional teams; review documentation for completeness and resolve gaps before submission to GSC.
• Assist authorized GSC personnel with supplier and sourcing activities; prepare factual price, availability, lead-time, and delivery comparisons.
• Maintain accurate logistics, material, supplier-support, receiving, and transaction records in approved systems.
• Track material requirements through acquisition and delivery lifecycle; monitor status, lead times, shortages, and open commitments; communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate material receipt, inspection, storage, movement, and disposition; resolve discrepancies with GSC and stakeholders.
• Support government accountable property processes by maintaining material and property records and coordinating with Property personnel.
• Support material planning and logistics analysis; identify issues and recommend corrective actions to owners.
• Provide logistics and supply information to support PO administration and closeout, as well as program proposals.
• Apply knowledge of FAR/DFARS, export-control, cybersecurity, and controlled information; refer issues to authorized personnel.
