Job summary

Nightwing seeks an experienced Systems Integrator Expert in the Washington, D.C./WMA area to provide administrative and operational support to a mission center. The role requires deep knowledge of customer environments and will aid in daily activities, communications, and documentation for field locations/sites.

Candidate will coordinate responses, develop briefings, and manage communications with Sponsor. OCONUS travel and CONUS TDY are required as specified; TS/SCI with Poly is mandatory on

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in senior staff communications/office leadership
• TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and eligible for crossover
• CONUS travel up to 10% as required
• Bachelor's degree in technical field or communications, or equivalent experience
• OCONUS TDY Not required; CONUS TDY required as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for office actions and data calls; coordinate responses to actions and taskings
• Support in management of daily activities at Customer field locations/sites
• Draft and disseminate corporate communications with Sponsor
• Create/updates/reviews documentation, deliverables and briefing materials
• Provide high-level budget and funding tracking for the center/office
• Provide administrative duties for the office and personnel (system access, vault access, check-in/out)
• Coordinate procurement/logistics with relevant teams to meet requirements
• Support strategic planning and technical efforts within the Center by contributing to Sponsor programs
