The position emphasizes accurate reporting, maintaining system knowledge, and providing admin support while ensuring tasks are completed on time. Flexible hours including weekends/evenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in a warehouse setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Proficient in productivity data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time analysis of shipping operations.
• Coordinate and balance DC shipping activities.
• Assign picking/loading tasks for production staff.
• Record and report truck/trailer numbers for deliveries.
• Provide support to Shipping Supervisor and administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of systems and processes (WMS/host interface).
• Support picking and loading operations as needed.

Job Description The Clearance Lead is responsible for real time analysis, assisting with the coordination and balancing of DC Shipping operations, and assisting in the balancing of man power for all areas. This role assigns picking/loading tasks for all production employees, supports the Shipping Supervisor to ensure all tasks flow smoothly for the production crew, accurately records and reports the truck/trailer numbers for outgoing deliveries, and supports the Shipping Supervisor to ensure all End of day (EOD) tasks are completed. This position reports to the Shipping Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for real time analysis
• Assists with the coordination and balancing of DC Shipping operations
• Assists in the balancing of man power for all areas
• Assigns picking/loading tasks for all production employees
• Supports the Shipping Supervisor/Manager
• Records/reports the truck/trailer numbers for outgoing deliveries
• Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner
• Ensures all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Provides administrative support for the Shipping Supervisor
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems
• Performs additional duties as requested
• Supports Picking and Loading operations as needed

Decision Making Responsibilities: Under direct supervision of the DC Shipping Supervisor, work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for un-reviewed decision-making.

Financial Responsibilities: This position does not have any direct financial responsibilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Provides information and support to production staff.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills
• Working knowledge of SAP and Red Prairie

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Starting at $24.39 an hour!
