Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail, warehouse, or customer-focused operations.
• Strong leadership to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
• Experience managing operations, performance metrics, and multiple priorities.
• Comfort using POS systems, timekeeping systems, and basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Lead production, salesfloor execution, and backroom processes.
• Coach and develop team members to meet performance goals.
• Partner with General Manager to drive results in sales, payroll, safety, and expenses.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Monitor KPIs and support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Implement loss prevention and de-escalation practices.
• Oversee donations, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Support audits, reporting, and leadership communication.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
