Job summary

Qualifications

• High school completion or GED required.
• 0-2 years of production experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build, clean, and package various Single-Use assemblies per EPRs, drawings, and SOPs.
• Wear appropriate PPEs and report near misses and first aid events.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and cGMPs to maintain ISO Class 7 environment.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and follow change control procedures.
• Escalate process/product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and returns.
• Maintain 6S organization and cleanliness of work area and common areas.
• Assist with inventory accuracy by returning unused parts to stock with lot traceability.
• Work within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines.
• Meet internal manufacturing schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Complete and sign-off EPRs for each operation.
• Complete assemblies within the allotted time on the work order.
• Promote a build-it-right culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
